Tiny Harbor Town is the comfort food of this list. You build docks, manage fishermen, and slowly turn a sleepy shore into a bustling little port. There's no fail state, just steady, satisfying growth and a lot of tiny animations to enjoy.

Everything is drag-and-drop and works cleanly with one hand. Settings let you turn off notifications, which I appreciated, and there's an offline earnings system so the town keeps ticking while you're away. Performance is smooth and the battery hit is small.

It won't challenge you, and that's the point. This is a wind-down game for the end of the day, and it does cozy management better than most.
